Characters: It is light green-yellow to tawny powder in appearance, without impurities visible to naked eyes, and with a peculiar taste and odor.

Testing method: It is in accordance with the method of testing chlorogenic acid in flos chrysanthemi in the Volume I of Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China. Refer to enterprise standard Q/XATM 036-2018.
