Clary Sage Oil

Description: Clary sage oil is a light yellow volatile essential oil extracted from the flowers of natural Labiate salvia sclarea.

Characters: It is light yellow liquid in appearance, without impurities visible to naked eyes, and with the aroma of herbs and amber.

Active ingredients: linalool, linalyl acetate

Specifications: linalool (%): 15-30; linalyl acetate (%): 48-75

Refractive index: 1.467~1.472


It can be used to prepare edible spicy and citrus flavors, and can also be applied to tobacco and wine flavors. China Standard GB 2760-96 stipulates that it is a permitted edible spice, which is mainly used for preparing flavors of vermouth, tobacco, grapes, etc., as well as flavors of soap, perfume and cosmetics.
